Three dead, five missing as storms hit southern France
Three people died and four more were missing on Friday after heavy storms hit southern France. Two people were trapped in the ruins after their home collapsed morning.

Flash floods have been particularly severe in south-eastern France.
In the Var region the body of a 68-year-old woman was found next to her car by a river and her daughter remains missing.
Two other people were found dead in the same area.
According to witnesses, two more people fell into the river of La Londe and a car was washed away.
Near Saint-Tropez, about 80 children had to spend Thursday night at their school and 60 people have been airlifted to safety.
In the Montpellier area, two people appear to have been buried when a tornado destroyed their house.
Earlier this month, storms in southern France left six dead.
Fourteen regions were still on alert on Friday including Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Haute-Garonne, Ariège, Aveyron, Ardèche, Gard, Hérault, Lozère, Tarn, Corse and Aude.
