Few people, sadly, know the streets of Paris better than its homeless. A French social entreprise known as Alternative Urbaine is turning that into something positive, helping homeless people get back into work by giving guided tours of the less touristic parts of the capital. The organised walks are run every weekend in the east of Paris and there are plans to expand this unique form of solidarity tourism.
