In the Palestinian territories, the annual amount of rainfall is often not enough to cover the needs for drinking, yet let alone for irrigation. But new technologies are helping to ease water shortages and even open the way for more investment in the agriculture sector. RFI's correspondent Ibrahim Husseini has this story from the ancient city of Jericho, in the Jordan Valley.
