Air France pilots to strike again
Pilots in Air France have announced that they will be going on strike again on June 24 and June 27. The strikes will last for 24 hours.

The announcement follows the breakdown of negotiations last night with the three pilots’ unions - SNPL, Spa, Alte – claiming that management of the company had not made any meaningful offers during negotiations.
The strike notice comes less than a week after another wave of strikes at Air France that saw 20 percent of flights cancelled.
In a statement from the unions, they said they were frustrated by the actions of management, which, they claim, go against the interests of Air France.
They claim that the last strike cost the company in the region of 40 million euors.
For its part, the management of Air France denounced the “irresponsible and disingenuous” stance of the three unions and the disregard they have displayed towards Air France workers who turn up for work every day.
Air France was forced to cancel 20 percent of its flights last Monday on the third day of a pilots' strike over pay and working conditions.
Some 27 percent of pilots were on strike, the company said in a statement.
Three pilots' unions called the strike in a dispute over pay and conditions that the company estimates is costing it five million euros a day.
