Paris police collect evidence to convict slumlords

Pushing landlords to repair and maintain existing apartments is one way to address Paris' chronic housing shortage. The Paris Police recently created a police unit dedicated to investigating housing complaints, which is called in when other negotiations have failed. Prosecutors need evidence for when these cases get to court. In this second report, RFI continues her visit with the unit to see how they gather that evidence.
