France’s annual agriculture fair in Paris is not just for French farmers to show off their livestock and regional food. It’s also a chance for agricultural researchers and policymakers from around the world to meet and exchange ideas. 2014 has been designated the Year of Family Farming, and several French agencies are at the agricultural fair to promote the concept.
