A cake traditionally celebrating Epiphany in France

Issued on:

Many people here in France return to work as the festive season comes to an end, but the French find reason enough to keep some festivities going, by sharing a galette de rois, or the kings' cake. Although the origin of the day is steeped in history and religion, nowadays it has become a day of goodwill and fun.
