Arab women bloggers visit Paris

By Alison Hird

Twelve women bloggers and journalists from the Arab world are in Paris this week to share experiences and ideas on their current and future roles in the transition towards more democracy back home. All 12 played an active role in the Arab Spring uprisings and were invited by the French foreign ministry. They are also keen to raise awareness that women's rights in the Arab world appear to be regressing.
