France nets China deals on Hu Jintao visit

Never before in the history of Chinese-French relations have more deals been struck. During the visit of Chinese president Hu Jintao to France, the two countries hammered out a staggering 22.8 billion euros-worth of contracts on uranium, technology and more than 100 Airbus purchases. They also agreed to a "strategic partnership" on nuclear power.
