Concerns grow over political crackdown in southeast Turkey

In the predominantly Kurdish region of southeastern Turkey, the removal of town mayors accused of supporting the PKK Kurdish rebel group and the PKK's targeting of their government-appointed replacements are prompting growing concerns about the ongoing political crackdown in the region.
