Turkish elections opening for Kurds

It's a week since the decade-long stronghold of Turkey's AKP over the political landscape was broken. Turkish president Recip Erdogan saw his plans to strengthen the position of president shattered and after a silence of several days announced that he is ready to form a coalition government. In this Spotlight on Asia we look at what effect the elections may have on the countries' Kurdish population after the surprise entry into parliament of the pro-Kurdish HDP.
