Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas steps down

Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas is stepping down after his Chief-of-Staff and alleged mistress was indicted for bribery and abuse of power. RFI spoke with Miroslav Mares, a political analyst, who says the real scandal is the political failure of a government that promised to put an end to corruption.
