A thousand people lay on the ground in Chile's capital Santiago yesterday in memory of those who disappeared under the dictatorship of General Augusto Pinochet and who are still missing. Today is the 40th anniversary of the coup that brought Pinochet to power, on September 11, 1973. Nearly 1,200 people are still missing. RFI talked to one of the people who helped bring Augusto Pinochet to justice, and asked what the Pinochet case means for dictators who think they can get away with thier crimes.
