Issued on:

A suicide bomber tried to ram a car bomb into a church in northern Nigeria on Sunday, killing six people and wounding dozens more. The attacker targeted the St John's Catholic Cathedral in the city of Bauchi. Tight security was imposed after Islamist group Boko Haram attacked a series of churches in the north.
