Indonesia series, part 1

Indonesia has the third highest number of tobacco smokers in the world after India and China. Two men out of three in the country are smokers according to the Health ministry. More worryingly for health campaigners is the high numbers of children who are addicted to tobacco. Our correspondent Clea Broadhurst reports from Garut, on the main island of Java.
