Cambodia goes to the polls

More than nine million Cambodians are heading to the polls today in an election pitting Prime Minister Hun Sen against a rejuvenated opposition movement. However, the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party says the elections won't be free and fair. Tens of thousands of voters' names have been duplicated, while thousands have been left off the electoral roll altogether, saus Mu Sochua, a prominent CNRP politician.
