Unemployment at crisis point in East Timor

The United Nations’ International Labour Organization, ILO, has warned that the world is facing a crisis in youth unemployment. In a recently-released report, it says that 13 per cent of young people around the world are out of work, and estimates that 6 million are so frustrated by the situation that they’ve stopped looking for jobs.
