Nuclear talks with Iran to resume

Iran has announced that nuclear talks between Tehran and world powers are to resume on 13 April. Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi made the statement as he welcomed Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Tehran for a two-day visit. RFI spoke to Paul Rogers, a peaces studies analyst about why Tehran has agreed to such talks now.
