Chinese sandstorm, Laos resettlement, Bangladesh war crimes tribunal

This week, large parts of northern China have been clouded by a sandstorm due to increased desertification. Also, a US-based watchdog has accused the largest hydroelectric plant in Laos of not honouring an agreement to compensate thousands of resettled communities in the area. And Bangladesh sets up a special tribunal to try people accused of war crimes.
