US election exchanges hit new lows in last TV debate

With less than two weeks to go before Election Day, Clea Broadhurst takes a look into the results of the third and last TV debate between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton.

She also notes that personal attacks are also increasing withTrump warning voters that the election would be "rigged". Clinton, meanwhile, is growing more confident and aims to drive gains for the Democrats in Congress.
