Colombian former hostage negotiator welcomes Farc peace deal

By Emily Wright

On Sunday people in Colombia will be asked in a referendum to approve a historic peace deal between the Colombian government and the Farc rebels that was signed in September. Armand Burguet used to negotiate the release of Farc hostages like Colombian-French woman Ingrid Bettencourt and the Colombian Congresswoman Clara Rojas. He welcomes the peace deal but says challenges still remain.
