Will Ortega's reelection change Nicaragua?

Nicaragua's former Marxist guerrilla leader Daniel Ortega looks set to win a third term in office. Not all the votes are in, but Ortega is far ahead of his nearest rival Fabio Gadea. The election was controversial following a Supreme Court ruling in 2009 that cleared the way for Ortega to seek a third term as president. Consecutive re-elections and third terms were supposedly banned. A Central America expert examines the impact his election could have on the region.
