Can recent fuel hike benefit Zambian economy?

A decision back in October by Zambia’s government to get rid of subsidies on fuel has increased the cost of fuel by two thirds. Although people are complaining, the government says removing the subsidy will allow it to spend that money elsewhere. Kathy Short reports from Lusaka.
