Indian-ruled Kashmir rocked by protests - part 2

Issued on:

Since the separatist leader Burhan Wani was killed in India-controlled Kashmir in July, large protests and funeral gatherings have taken place. India and Pakistan have argued – and fought -- over Kashmir for more than 60 years and violence has now erupted again. 65 people, including two policemen, have been killed and several thousand others injured. Murali Krishnan visited the Kashmir Valley to send this two-part report.
