Modernisation in the DRC, part 2

In the second part in our series on the Modernisation of DRC, correspondent Patrice Chitera visits two Kinshasa districts whose residents are engaged in wrangling to be recognized as Parisians and their district ‘Paris’. That is also thanks to the current modernisation public infrastructures across the city. Other residents are now copying the two by labeling their area for example Toronto or Washington.
