Who is Sudan's al-Bashir calling 'agents thieves and hijackers' in fuel price demos?

Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir says recent demonstrations over fuel prices were an effort to topple his regime. He accused the protest movement of using "agents, thieves and hijackers" to try to overthrow him. To find out whom Bashir may have been refering to, RFI spoke to Ali Verjee a London-based Sudan analyst.
