Wind power blows into South Africa

It's a sight not often associated with African countries, but the trend is catching on in South Africa: using wind as a source of renewable energy. As more private investment comes to the country, the sight of wind farms might soon become part of the landscape. As the biggest carbon emitter on the continent, the sector of renewable energy is starting to pick up and offer new alternatives. RFI spoke to Johan van den Berg, the CEO of the South African Wind Energy Association.
