Embassies withdraw staff amid security fears after Libya militiamen occupy ministries

Militiamen in Libya have ended their occupation of the country's foreign and justice ministries in Tripoli, handing control back to the authorities. Gunmen surrounded the foreign ministry on the 28 April and the justice ministry two days later, to demand that the country's exclusion law be passed. The law would stop Moamer Kadhafi-era collaborators from holding government posts. However, the armed occupation of government buildings has prompted security concerns, with Western embassies withdrawing some staff from the country. So how will this development affect Libya? RFI speaks to Salah Marghani, a high-ranking government official.
