Why are DRC babies dying of malaria?

In the last of a three-part series to mark World Malaria Day a report from the Democratic Republic of Congo, where the disease is the leading cause of death, particularly among young children. Why do so many babies die of malaria, an illness which can be treated successfully if the patient receives treatment within hours of falling ill?
