A leading rights activist says business people may one day be taken to the International Criminal Court in connection with war crimes. Elisa Massimino of Human Rights First says companies that operate in war zones must ensure that they do not contribute to war crimes, such as slave labor. She says companies can no longer blame sub-contractors when things go wrong.
