Omutibo - traditional music from western Kenya

Issued on:

Two traditional forms of music are gradually reemerging again in contemporary Kenya. Known as Omutibo and Omuchenje, these two are forms of processional music from western Kenya. They have catchy beats that are drawn from a traditional dance from the Luhya community, as RFI found out.
