The humanitarian situation in Sudan's South Kordofan

In Sudan, Khartoum lashed out at the United States yesterday after the US said it would pull out of the Sudan economic conference in Istanbul later this month. The US has reportedly refused to go to the talks unless the humanitarian situation in Blue Nile State and South Kordofan is addressed at the conference. RFI spoke to a South Kordofan expert on the line from Khartoum.
