Since Britain voted to leave the European Union (EU) two years ago, the country’s three and a half million EU citizens have been uncertain of their future. As negotiations between London and Brussels become ever more protracted, the prospect of the UK failing to reach an agreement over the terms of its departure has left many concerned.
